Welcome to L’vvyome. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to our website and your purchase of L’vvyome jewellery. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to abide by these Terms.
1. Company Information
L’vvyome is a luxury fine jewelry brand registered in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
All transactions, services and legal matters are governed by Indian law
2. Products, Craftsmanship and Gemstone Disclaimer
Every L’vvyome creation is meticulously crafted using natural gemstones, hydro gemstones where applicable, certified gold and carefully selected diamonds.
Gemstone Disclaimer
Each gemstone is inherently unique. Variations in colour, clarity, texture, and natural inclusions are normal and contribute to the character of the jewellery. Slight differences may occur between gemstones shown in product images and those used in the final piece. Variations between production batches are also expected.
3. Pricing and Payments
- All prices on the website are listed in INR
- Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
- We reserve the right to revise product pricing without prior notice
- Payments may be made securely through the available payment gateways.
4. Shipping
Domestic Shipping
We offer complimentary insured shipping across most locations in India. Tracking details are shared once the order is dispatched.
International Shipping
International orders may incur additional shipping fees, handling charges, import duties or taxes. These costs are borne by the buyer.
5. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery provided that :
- The item is unused and unworn
- All original packaging, certificates and tags are intact
- A Return Authorisation (RA) is obtained before shipping back the item
L’vvyome may request clear images, videos, or a brief video call to verify the condition before approving the return.
Once the product is received, inspected, and approved, a full refund is issued to the original payment method within 7 working days.
If a return request is approved after the 7-day window, the refund will be issued as store credit valid for 90 days and non-transferable.
Non-returnable Items
Custom-made, engraved or personalised jewellery cannot be returned or refunded. Customers must thoroughly review design details at the CAD approval stage. Once the design is approved and advance or full payment is made, the order becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.
6. Lifetime Warranty
Every L’vvyome piece includes a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects in material or craftsmanship.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by impact, accidental drops or misuse
- Broken, lost or chipped gemstones
- Distortion, resizing or alterations performed by third parties
Paid repair services are available following inspection of the piece.
7. Intellectual Property Notice
All jewellery designs, imagery, content and materials displayed on the L’vvyome website are the exclusive intellectual property of L’vvyome.
Unauthorised use, imitation, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
8. Privacy and Data Use
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Certain personal details and browsing insights may be used internally to enhance services, improve customer experience and support marketing strategies.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

While L’vvyome takes reasonable measures to safeguard website data and user information, we cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorised access, hacking, system failures, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, L’vvyome shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or misuse of data arising from circumstances that are outside our reasonable control.
