How it works
- Select the card value and add a personalised message.
- Purchase the card and receive a secure digital code by email.
- The recipient uses the code at checkout to redeem the value. If the order exceeds the card amount, the remainder can be paid by other payment methods.
Terms and conditions
- Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.
- Gift cards may be used only at lvyome.com and not at third-party retailers.
- If a purchase exceeds the card's value, the balance must be paid by the recipient.
- Lost or stolen gift cards can be reissued only after verification. Contact customercare@lvvyome.com for assistance.
